PicViewer is an image viewer for most common file formats. PicViewer displays images in the following formats: BMP, ICO,
CUR, ANI, WMF, EMF, GIF, JPEG, PNG, PCX, TIFF, PSD, FlashPix(FPX), PCD, icons from EXE, DLL, ICL files.
